Trek Tours

Scenery needs to be experienced, not seen through a bus window

Join us as we trek to the most scenic and rewarding parts of Antigua.  You need not be an athlete to participate, but you need to be interested in experiencing Antigua’s incredible scenery in an active manner!

So grab your camera, pack the kids, and get your soles ready because we’re going hiking!

Antigua is a small Caribbean island—108 square miles to be exact! We’re very enthusiastic about sharing our natural history with you. Each trip offers complimentary transportation, water, water pouch, headlamps (for sunset hikes), and tour guides. Water pouches and headlamps are collected at the end of hiking. Trek Tours souvenirs are available at an additional cost.

Our hiking trips will immerse you in the culture and natural beauty of Antigua. From historic ruins to rain forest trails, when you hike with Trek Tours you connect deeply with a tropical paradise, becoming part of its everyday life, observing details that typical tourists miss, and enjoying spontaneous encounters along the way.

Treks are scheduled daily at 8 a.m. and 12:00 noon and cater to varying fitness levels:

Sugar Apple (Easy)
Mango (Medium)
Tamarind (Challenging)
Stinking Toe (Mountain Slayer!)
On Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays at 5:00 p.m. only, we embark on the crowd favorite “Sunset Trek”.
