French flair in the heart of English Harbour

Highlighting Antigua’s abundance of fresh local products, our cuisine re-imagines French classics using Caribbean ingredients and Créole flavors. Specialities include foie gras, homemade ravioli, chicken Colombo, lobster risotto, coconut crème brȗlée and New Orleans beignets. We’re honored to have made many ‘best of Antigua’ lists and we hope to continue the trend as we welcome our new head chef, Richard Meyniel to the team. He comes with years of experience cooking in Michelin star and other notable eateries.

Complementing our highly acclaimed menu is a curated list of French wines and our bar is fully stocked with premium spirits, liqueurs and fresh ingredients. Our bartenders are trained in the art of craft cocktails, and we infuse our own spirits to create a unique and original cocktail list. Be sure to ask about the large selection of rhum arrangé, traditional infused rums of the French West Indies.

Our dining room is set in a charming West Indian cottage built in the late 1960s. The surrounding lush garden provides a stunning backdrop for our dining terrace, cabana bar and cocktail lounge. Magnificent trees keep the garden cool during the day. In the evening, the canopy is illuminated with magical twinkling lights. It’s an enchanted setting with a relaxed and easy vibe, perfect for a romantic date or a gaggle of good friends.

Don’t miss our ‘Golden Hour’ from 5pm-6:30pm, enjoy a complimentary apéro plate when ordering a bottle of wine or four craft cocktails – perfect for sharing. And be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram for special announcements such as our ‘Wine & Dine’ pairings and live music performances. Reservations recommended. We look forward to welcoming you to Colibri!
