Boom Restaurant

Laid-back luxury, poolside perfection

Perched on a headland opposite Nelson’s Dockyard, Boom at Admiral’s Inn & Gunpowder Suites is Antigua’s most stylish lunch spot by the water. Lounge by the infinity pool with a cocktail in hand or linger over fresh, Mediterranean-inspired dishes on the breezy terrace – all framed by sweeping views of the harbour, yachts and historic dockyard.

Enjoy crisp salads, tasty sandwiches, fresh lobster or catch of the day, and island cocktails, highlighting local ingredients served in a relaxed open-air setting. Whether you’re arriving by boat or car, Boom provides the perfect midday escape, offering lunch and cocktails from 11am to 6pm daily.

If you’re not staying at the hotel, you are welcome to eat at Boom but, if you want to experience the amenities as a guest — relax on a plush lounger, swim in the infinity pool, and enjoy a leisurely lunch with breathtaking harbour views – we offer a limited number of Day Passes.

Steps from the pool, our Powder Room Spa offers calm and renewal.
