Beach Cooler
One sunny day at the beach restaurant, a couple of tourists were sitting at the bar and challenged bartender Henry Fernandes to make a cocktail using Vodka, as his specialty was usually with Rum. With his skills and knowledge, Henry came up with the beach cooler. It was a hit with guests and has since been recommended throughout Dickenson Bay.
